A Day in the Life. Our Wonderful, Wild, Crazy, Beautiful Family! Friday, June 27, 2008. I just wanted to let everyone know that we are moving into another temp place today. We will not have internet there. I won't be updating until after we move into the new house. We should be back up and running around the 15th! Sunday, June 22, 2008. On Saturday on the spur of the moment we decided to go to Trier. As anyone with children knows this is never a good idea, but we did it anyway! A view from the side area.

A Day in the Life. Our Wonderful, Wild, Crazy, Beautiful Family! Monday, December 29, 2008. I can't even describe how amazing this trip was. People were there from all over the world. Many were dressed in WWII-era uniforms. They had the old jeeps and tanks out as well. It was so amazing to see and be apart of it. Here are some pictures that I took while we were walking around the town. I am not sure why this truck is covered with white sheets. I even saw people who had white on over their uniforms.

He really loves it for the most part, but refuses to speak any German. His teacher told me he does understand what she is saying to him in German now, but will answer only in English. Saturday, September 20, 2008. 3 Weeks Post Op. Well I am excited to say that I am still going strong! I have now lost a total 24 pounds since surgery! I can not wait for each and every new morning to wake up and start my days. I will be updating my blog so be sure to check back often. When I get brave enough I will start posting my monthly pictures and measurements! I look forward to watching you shrink. Pictures now. :D. I'll be jealous, too. No insurance to pay for me :(. Thursday, January 1, 2009. 4 Month Post Op. I am now officially out 4 months. I am so excited to say I met my goal for 2008. I have officially lost 50 pounds! You look so good- you have curves! Tuesday, November 25, 2008. Well I am sorry that it has taken me this long to update. Better late than never. Things have been going really well. I am exercising like crazy and loving it. I feel really good. I had my appointment with the Doctor. He was very proud of me, and said I exceeding his expectations of the band. I lost a total of 39 pounds since surgery! Sara - That's amazing. Monday, July 1, 2013. Carrot pineapple muffins with chia seed topping. I've been testing recipes for healthy on-the-go breakfasts, and this one is a winner! The final product was moist and lightly sweet, with a crunch from the chia seeds on top. Mom-tested, kid-approved! I used the recipe below, with the following substitutions:. 1 cup coconut sugar (rather than 1 cup refined sugar). 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1/3 cup vegetable oil (rather than 2/3 cup vegetable oil). 1/2 cup chia seeds, sprinkled on top.
