No, she doesn't have carpal tunnel- she's just following in the footsteps of her older siblings, who have been using Seth's and my carpal tunnel braces to play Quidditch. . . . Evie is such a little person of her own- she only gives "loves" on her own terms. Here's Lydia trying to cuddle and lay on the floor by Evie, and she gets a tweak on the nose for it. Typical Evie! 0If you ask her for a kiss, she actually leans away.

Saturday, February 16, 2013. Lydia "Jane Austen" King. Imagine how excited I was when Lydia (all on her own) announced that she was researching Jane Austen! We were scrambling to find a dress, and luckily mom mailed this one (Aunt Mary Anne's old wedding dress from the 70's- thanks, Aunt Mary Anne! Just in time. It was perfect! Sunday, July 28, 2013. Oh What Do You Do in the Summertime? How we've been spending our summer vacation:. Checking daily for eggs from the chickens! Here's the first one, and now we have at least 2 a day, sometimes 3 . . . it's like Christmas every morning, the kids get so excited! Friday, January 4, 2013. Grandpa and Grandma Visit! The best present of all came day after Christmas- Grandpa Ben and Grandma Kaye came to stay for almost a week! We felt so spoiled- we've never had them to ourselves for such a long time, and the kids were in heaven. Mom and Dad let them play Star Wars Angry Birds for a bit . . . And we enjoyed a second sprinkling of snow! This one didn't last. It is amazing, and almost as big as me! She was so good to the kids and played with all of them in turn. Bless ...
